When submitting an SOS request you are optionally asked to provide your current location to better aid in the SOS process. This location is only used to locate other registered users that are near you at the time of SOS and not for anything else. We also store information on marketplace items you have submitted so that other users can view them on the marketplace and offer to take/purchase them from you.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, submit an sos request or create a marketplace advert.

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make an sos request to locate other nearby registered users, create marketplace listings, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

      To email you to see if your sos request was successful.
      To email you to see if your marketplace listing was successful.

How do we protect your information?

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers.

You can request that your user account and all associated data be deleted by emailing info@skiggle.co.uk and requesting removal of the data stored for your registered email address. The email will have to come from the registered email address for security reasons.

If for any reason we need to change how we use your personal information, you will be emailed in due course before hand and will be able to opt out by emailing info@skiggle.co.uk.

Do we use 'cookies'?

Yes.
